Nelson Lakes National Park was where I experienced one of my most epic tramps, when the lake rose up over the path - and then it started sleeting. Whenever I return to these serene views I remember that madness and smile.

Our Nelson Lakes Gallery features images of the famous jetty in the morning light, mountains and rainbows in the mist, the road to Mt Roberts and the stars reflecting in Lake Rotoiti.
